Unprocessed collection of miscellaneous records of the Bonneville Power Administration, including progress reports of the fish-passage research program, correspondence, and statistical data on the capacity of the Bonneville fishways.
Philip Buehner papers
Papers and records relating to the business interests of Philip Buehner (1858-1940), an engineer and lumberman. Buehner developed municipal water-supply projects in Washington state and Oregon, and, in partnership with with Wolff & Zwicker Iron Works, supplied pipelines for the Bull Run water system for Portland, Oregon. Buehner also operated multiple Oregon lumber companies.
David Dexter Clarke papers
The collection consists of narratives written by David Dexter Clarke concerning his professional experiences and personal history, along with notes and some items of correspondence. Clarke (1844-1923) emigrated to Oregon in 1864, and worked as a surveyor and civil engineer in the Pacific Northwest for 53 years. From 1893 until his retirement in 1917, he worked for the water bureau in Portland, Oregon, serving as the head of the department for most of that time.

Collection consists of 10 mounted black and white photographs taken between 1912 and 1914 by E. J. Humbert, an electrician for the Portland Railway Light and Power Company. The photographs depict interior and exterior views of power plants, as well as street scenes in Portland and Oregon City, Oregon.

Photographs taken by Percy Albert Lockwood, a civil engineer and surveyor, from 1908 to about 1920. His images show several engineering projects in Oregon and Washington, including surveying crews, as well as some of his family life.

Volpe, an engineer for the Portland Electric Power Company (later named the Portland General Electric Company) in Portland, Oregon, who supervised the laying of underground utility cables. Images date from the mid-1920s to the early 1950s; they document electrical work throughout Portland, and include photographs of John S. Volpe, cable-laying and submerged-cable projects, and employees and company events.
