Items that belonged to the American Advertising Museum of Portland, Oregon. Most items, which include programs, a photograph, and an editorial cartoon, relate to either the Portland Ad Club or the Pacific Coast Advertising Men's Association. The collection also includes images of the grounds of the 1904 Louisiana Purchase Exposition in St. Louis, Missouri. The American Museum of Advertising opened in 1986, and was defunct by late 2004.

The papers of Jacob Avshalomov consist of correspondence, clippings, programs, musical scores, certificates, memoir books, photographs, and publications relating mostly to his musical career, as well as those of his sons, David and Daniel, and his Russian-born father, Aaron. Also included are programs, reviews, and photographs of the Portland Junior Symphony (later the Portland Youth Philharmonic), which he led from 1954 to 1995.

Program and tickets for a lecture in Portland, Oregon, featuring musical composer and lyricist Stephen Sondheim (1930-2021) and a proof of a playbill for a Portland production of Sondheim's musical "Company," with cast and crew autographs. The materials were compiled by theater producer Corey Brunish, who produced and directed "Company" in Portland in 2009, and who won a Tony for his Broadway production of "Company" in 2022.

Records and memorabilia of the Central Lutheran Church of Portland, Oregon. Materials include photographs of confirmation classes and of the church's second building, designed by Pietro Belluschi; church bulletins, service programs, and concert programs; papers relating to Pastor Jerry Moilien's participation in a conference in Wenatchee, Washington; and lists of church pastors, officers, and long-term members.

Historical publications and posters collected by writer and researcher Thomas A. Emmens (1942-2005), including posters for Oregon Pioneer Association events, an issue of the Congressional Record including a speech about the Oregon Trail, an 1846 memorial to the U.S. Congress, and two issues of the Oregon Semi-Monthly Argus.

Collection consists of programs, 1918-1958, regarding the Eugene Gleemen, Lewis and Clark College, First Presbyterian Church and others. John Stark Evans was an organist and choirmaster at the First Presbyterian Church in Portland, Oregon, director of the Lewis and Clark College School of Music, and associate dean of music at the University of Oregon.
