KWJJ and KPRA records
Records relating to the AM radio station KWJJ and the FM radio station KPRA, both of Portland, Oregon. KWJJ was founded in 1927 by Wilbur J. Jerman (1901-2004). KPRA was an FM station that KWJJ owned, and which operated in the late 1940s and early 1950s; it was the third FM station established in Portland.

Ladd Estate Company record book
Record book of the Ladd Estate Company of Portland, Oregon, containing documents from the company's incorporation in 1908 until 1926. Records include the articles of incorporation, meeting minutes, annual reports, director's oaths, and the agreement to sell the company to Paul C. Murphy and Frederick H. Strong. The Ladd Estate Company developed the Portland neighborhoods of Ladd's Addition, Westmoreland, Eastmoreland, and Dunthorpe in the early 20th century.

Six loose prints primarily depict the exterior of the house from different vantages and in different seasons. Also included in the collection is a collage of five black and white photographs that was published in the Oregon Journal newspaper; these photographs show the exterior of the house and the music room, living room, library, and dining room.

Papers relating to Harry Lane (1855-1917), who was mayor of Portland, Oregon, from 1905-1909 and a U.S. senator for Oregon from 1913 until his death. Papers include a small amount of original correspondence from and to Lane; drafts and research materials for a biography by the Federal Writers' Project, circa 1940; news clippings about Lane; and writings and notes by Lane's daughter Nina Lane McBride (later Nina Lane Faubion).
