Collection consists of a black-and white, silent home movie of the Pendleton Round-Up that was taken in September 1927. Footage includes rodeo events, bulls, a parade of horses, and Native participants. The Round-Up, held in Pendleton, Oregon, since 1910, features events including barrel racing, calf roping, and steer wrestling, as well as a parade and a night show.

Correspondence, petitions, statements, and other materials produced or compiled by Gordon L. Kilgour (1929-2016) in relation to his role as the chair of People Against Nerve Gas (P.A.N.G.). Kilgour was a chemistry professor at Portland State College (later Portland State University) in Portland, Oregon. People Against Nerve Gas was a group founded in 1970 to protest a proposed shipment of nerve gas from Okinawa, Japan, to the Umatilla Army Depot near Hermiston, Oregon.

Collection consists of three copies of a color comic book made for bulk mailing to voters by the organization People For A Better Oregon in 1985, along with paste-ups of the original artwork. The comic book, titled "Oregon's Balanced Tax Plan: Ballot Measure #1" describes and advocates for a ballot measure that would have created a sales tax to fund education in Oregon.
