Henry Clay Baker family papers
Papers of the family of Henry Clay Baker, including property, estate, and financial documents. The materials are related to the Baker family of Walla Walla, Washington, and the Tibbetts family of Portland, Oregon. Edward Long collection

Collection consists of deeds for land in Couch's Addition, Portland, Oregon, deed for cemetery plot in Multnomah County, Oregon, and receipts and correspondence, 1873-1899, of Thomas Mountain; land claims and other legal documents in Washington Territory, 1853-1865, of Raphael Brunn.
William Sherlock papers
William Sherlock (1817-1901) was born in Ireland. He migrated to Portland, Oregon, where he established a livery business in 1850. Sherlock's property investments included 45 acres in northwest Portland; he also at one time owned Swan Island. Collection consists of manuscript deeds for property in Portland, 1851 and 1855; a manuscript survey of William Sherlock's land claim, Portland, 1862; and miscellaneous receipts, 1851-1868.
