Congress of Industrial Organizations photographic collection
Collection consists of 100 black and white photographs, documents, and pages of clippings from two disassembled albums. Materials relate to news and events from the Oregon chapter of the CIO during November 1948, and to state and national CIO conventions in the mid- to late 1940s.
Kenneth L. Cooper photographic collection
Collection consists of 16 black and white photographs and one tintype; subjects include Kenneth L. Cooper, office scenes and co-workers, probably at the U.S. Veterans Bureau, and Cooper family members. Kenneth L. Cooper (1884-1972) was born in The Dalles, Oregon. He served with the 364th Infantry during World War I, and was elected to the Portland City Commission in 1940.

Ralph Penniwell Cowgill photograph albums
Black and white photographs and cyanotypes, primarily in two albums. Scenes in one album relate to work by the U.S. Geological Survey in the Pacific Northwest from 1898-1900, particularly in Idaho; locations include Coeur d'Alene Lake, Spokane, Mount Adams, the Columbia River Gorge, and Mount Hood. The second album includes photographs of an irrigation project near Medford, Oregon.
