Uriah O. Springer account book
Bound account book kept by Uriah O. Springer, containing mostly accounts and some genealogical material. Springer enrolled in the First Oregon Volunteers in 1865 and died August 2, 1871, on the Lewis River, Washington, at age 25.

The Swedish Aid Society was an organization established in 1893 to provide financial assistance to Swedish immigrant members during illnesses and to help defray expenses of members' funerals. It was legally dissolved in 1962. Collection includes constitution; correspondence; member lists; treasurer reports; certificate of dissolution; minute book with most entries in Swedish; and account books.

Bound account book with an Oregon Seed Store stamp on the front, with entries from June 11, 1869, to December 31, 1869, and one entry from March 1873. The Oregon Seed Store was operated by Hiram Terwilliger in Portland for a year and a half beginning in 1869.
