The plans, dated 1925, 1948, and 1952, are for a residence on NW Cumberland Road in Portland, and for additions and alterations to the house. The plans were drawn for Dr. Thomas M. Joyce, Dr. and Mrs. Richard F. Berg, and Mr. and Mrs. Melvyn C. Friendly.
