Collection consists of 19 black and white photographs of electric and neon signs and billboards in Portland, Oregon, particularly car dealerships, taken for a survey titled "Oregon Looks at the Electric Sign." The survey was commissioned by the Portland City Club and conducted by Bardsley & Haslacher, Inc.
