Oral history interview with Mark Bocek conducted by Jim Strassmaier on April 21, 1979. Bocek immigrated to the United States from Poland and served in the U.S. Army. He played clarinet in the U.S. Army band while stationed in the Philippines from 1910 to 1912. He lived in Tillamook, Oregon, during the Tillamook Burn.
