Abstract Papers of Edward S. West (1896-1984), a biochemistry professor in Portland, Oregon. The papers consist primarily of correspondence and photograph albums. Much of the correspondence is from former students who served in World War II and the Korean War, including Lawrence H. Tyler, Toshi Kuge, Abe Oyamada, and Paul Yamada.
