Papers of the Skinner family of Jordan Valley, Oregon, particularly of William Silas Skinner (1871-1960) and his descendants. William Silas Skinner was the eldest son of Silas Skinner (1834-1886), who came to Oregon in the 1860s and established a toll road in western Idaho and eastern Oregon and a ranch in Jordan Valley.
