George B. Baldwin Jr. papers
George B. Baldwin Jr. (1876-1949) was the son of George B. Baldwin Sr., who purchased land in several states from 1885 to 1898. Baldwin, with his brother Charles, assumed the Baldwin Land Co. in 1907, and the Baldwin Corporation was incorporated in 1917. Collection includes Oregon timber holdings of the estate of George Baldwin, with maps, photos, and inventories of timber types, and history of the Baldwin Corporation.
