Biographical note
George B. Baldwin Jr. (1876-1949) was the son of George B. Baldwin Sr., who purchased land in several states from 1885 to 1898. Baldwin, with his brother Charles, assumed the Baldwin Land Co. in 1907. The Baldwin Corporation was incorporated in 1917 and dissolved in 1952.
