Abstract

Collection consists of 12 photographs, correspondence, and clippings that belonged to Portland police officer and security guard George H. Bailey. The photographs include scenes of parades in 1910 and 1911 and portraits of Bailey and his wife, Flora. Letters in the collection include descriptions of Bailey's role as police captain and alleged corruption charges.
