Humiston, Wilson and Company records
Business papers of a wholesale liquor company in Portland, Oregon, including saloon orders (1862-1864) from mining camps and towns in eastern Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, which include news of the mines and business conditions in those areas. Also included are records and correspondence of the company's predecessor, Humiston and Ma'Dan (1859-1862).
F. X. Matthieu papers
Ledgers from a store that F. X. Matthieu (1818-1914) ran in Butteville, Oregon. The collection also includes other papers of and relating to Matthieu, who was a French-Canadian migrant to Oregon and the longest-surviving participant of the 1843 Champoeg Meetings.
Shubrick Norris papers
Financial records and business letters of a pioneer businessman of Portland, Oregon, dating primarily from the early 1850s. Includes records of Norris & Company, S. M. Holderness & Co., and Winter & Latimer of San Francisco, California. Also included are commissary accounts of the Oregon Mounted Volunteers, 1855, and a record of witness fees from the U.S. Circuit Court in Multnomah County, Oregon, 1859-1866.
Oliver Ranch records
Records of the Oliver Ranch, a cattle and sheep ranch in Grant County, Oregon. Records are primarily in the form of financial ledgers and account books or time books. Joseph Cayton Oliver (1850-1921) founded the ranch in the 1870s, and his son Herman Oliver (1885-1970) managed it in the first half of the 20th century.

The papers consist of a journal with diary entries, cattle birth records, and financial records; two ledgers of financial records; loose financial records; and clippings about measurements, recommended cattle rations, and recommended amounts of seed to plant.

Portland Hotel Company records
Records of the company that built and owned the Portland Hotel in Portland, Oregon. The hotel operated from 1890 to the 1940s and was, for a time, the city's grandest. The collection includes minutes of board meetings, stock records, articles of incorporation, a color brochure from the 1890s, and a hotel register from 1890.
