Unprocessed records of a perfume and cosmetics business. Parfums Duvelle, Inc. acquired Portland Business Cosmetique Laboratories of America in 1930. It was located at 10825 NE Skidmore St., Portland, Oregon, until 1974. It was also known as Perfume Consultants and Distributors or Duvelle's Laboratories.
