Engravings probably taken from a French edition or editions of "An account of a geographical and astronomical expedition to the northern parts of Russia" by Martin Sauer. The engravings depict a Russian outpost on Kodiak Island, Alaska; a mountain peak; and Atka Island in the Aleutians.
