Abstract
Emil Franzetti (1881-1916) was a European-trained chef and the proprietor of the Rhododendron Inn and Tavern at the base of Mount Hood. Susette Kopp Franzetti was a waitress at hotels in Germany, France, Switzerland, and the United States. Collection consists primarily of manuscript and typescript letters of reference for the Franzettis in English, French, and German. Collection also includes the Franzettis' marriage certificate from New York, New York, dated 1905, and Emil Franzetti's death...
