Buehner developed municipal water-supply projects in Washington state and Oregon, and, in partnership with with Wolff & Zwicker Iron Works, supplied pipelines for the Bull Run water system for Portland, Oregon. Buehner also operated multiple Oregon lumber companies.

The minutes cover meetings from July 1899 to November 1910. This collection also includes an 1899 certificate from Silver Lodge No. 21, based in Silverton, Oregon.
