Portland Union Stock Yards opened in 1890, and was organized into a company in 1902 by W. H. H. Morgan. It moved to North Portland in 1909 and was purchased by the United Stockyards Corporation in 1936. Collection includes correspondence, 1931-1936, regarding company purchases and maintenance of trailers, tractors, and dump wagons; receipts and miscellaneous ephemera, 1909-1936, including newspaper articles about the company.
Portsmouth School Old Timer's Club records
The Portsmouth School Old Timer's Club held a picnic every year for alumni of Portsmouth School in the Portsmouth area of Portland to socialize. Collection includes administrative records; member lists and member list books; a scrapbook; an account book; a minute book; correspondence; receipts; and promotional mailings and flyers.

William Sherlock papers
William Sherlock (1817-1901) was born in Ireland. He migrated to Portland, Oregon, where he established a livery business in 1850. Sherlock's property investments included 45 acres in northwest Portland; he also at one time owned Swan Island. Collection consists of manuscript deeds for property in Portland, 1851 and 1855; a manuscript survey of William Sherlock's land claim, Portland, 1862; and miscellaneous receipts, 1851-1868.
