Berta Delman memorabilia
Memorabilia of Berta Delman (1933-2006), including newsletters, brochures, programs, clippings, and ephemera. Much of the material concerns North and Northeast Portland, Oregon, including the advocacy work of Black residents. The collection also contains stationery and photographs of the Knight Shoe Company, which Delman's father owned. Delman was a public administrator and civic planner.
Devers family papers
Papers and images relating to the Devers and Plagemann families. Henry d'Evers emigrated from Germany to the United States in 1858. His son, Arthur H. Devers (1858-1944), was a businessman in Portland, Oregon, and president of Closset & Devers. Arthur H. Devers' granddaughter Jean Elizabeth Plagemann (1909-1978) was the 1932 Oregon Women's Golf Association champion.
