Brig Sequin passenger lists
Originals, photostatic reproductions, and photocopies of two manuscript passenger lists for voyages of the brig Sequin, commanded by Captain Z. C. Norton, to Portland, Oregon (then the Oregon Territory). Norton (1808-1879) built the Sequin in 1847, and made trips to ports in the Caribbean and South America before sailing for San Francisco, California. Norton carried freight and passengers on several trips between San Francisco and Portland from 1849 to 1850.

The Brooklyn Parent Teacher Association was founded in 1903 as the Brooklyn Mother's Club and sought to promote the welfare of children and youth in the school and in the community. Collection includes minutes, treasurer's reports, newsletters, correspondence, membership directories, publicity materials, historian's reports (1951-1981, incomplete), memorabilia from local, state and national PTA meetings, and a scrapbook.
Herman Brookman architectural plans for Portland residence and later alterations
Collection consists of 12 blueprint sheets of plans by Herman S. Brookman, an architect in Portland, Oregon. The plans, dated 1925, 1948, and 1952, are for a residence on NW Cumberland Road in Portland, and for additions and alterations to the house. The plans were drawn for Dr. Thomas M. Joyce, Dr. and Mrs. Richard F. Berg, and Mr. and Mrs. Melvyn C. Friendly.
