Collection consists of a document listing people who have been named as honorary knights and dames by the Royal Rosarians, an organization in Portland, Oregon, whose members serve as ambassadors and boosters of the city and of the annual Portland Rose Festival. The document lists the honorees' names, their city or town of residence, the variety of rose they selected, and the Rosarians' leader, or prime minister, for each year.

Gill's "Poet's Corner," the Oregon Writer's League and poet Mary Carol Davies. Also included are newspaper clippings regarding J. K. Gill and various Oregon writers.

Malcolm P. Hutchinson artist renderings and photographs of parade floats
Artist's renderings and photographs depicting parade floats designed from the 1930s to the 1950s by floral designer Malcolm P. Hutchinson (1899-1978) of Portland, Oregon. Most of the floats represented were designed for the Portland Rose Festival. Hutchinson worked for florist Tommy Luke until 1951, when he left to focus on the Hutchinson School of Floral Design, which he had founded in the 1940s.
