Collection includes minutes, correspondence, newsletters and record books. Downtown Portland Inc. was a non-profit corporation organized for "the promotion and welfare of the City of Portland, specifically through the downtown district," comprising the area between SW 3rd and SW 10th avenues and SW Oak and SW Jefferson streets.
Benjamin Driscoll papers
Benjamin Driscoll was a musician, leader of the Driscoll Orchestra (1904-1906) and cornet player at the Heilig and Bungalow theaters, Portland (1907-1909). His wife, Cerena I. Driscoll, taught voice, drama and piano. Collection consists of correspondence and ephemera relating to the Vega Company and other musical instrument companies, the Royal Arcanum, the Portland Rowing Club and other rowing associations, and the YMCA. Also included are miscellaneous papers of the Driscolls.

It was located at 10825 NE Skidmore St., Portland, Oregon, until 1974. It was also known as Perfume Consultants and Distributors or Duvelle's Laboratories.
