Oral history interview with Sam R. Christensen conducted by Judy Hartman on January 12, 1988, as part of the Portland General Electric Centennial Oral History Series. Christensen joined Portland General Electric in 1956 as an engineer, ultimately working his way up to general manager of Generation & Facilities Engineering.

The photographs were probably taken by Mary Louise Church, and depict locations in Germany, China, the Netherlands, Spain, France, England, Ireland, Italy, India, Tibet, Sri Lanka, Burma, and Indonesia.

Arthur M. Churchill papers
Papers of Arthur M. Churchill (1876-1956) and his family. Churchill was a lawyer in Portland, Oregon, who later in life operated a dairy farm in southwest Washington state. The papers primarily consist of correspondence about topics in which Churchill took an interest and records of his farm.

Collection consists of two black and white panoramic photographs: one by Frank Woodfield that depicts damaged buildings and blocks of rubble in Astoria, Oregon, after the fire of 1922; and one group portrait of employees of the Spokane, Portland, and Seattle Railway, taken in 1928.
