Harvey Gordon letters
Letters sent to Harvey Gordon (1828-1862), primarily concerning Oregon and U.S. politics. Gordon designed the state seal of Oregon, and was elected Oregon state printer in 1862 but died before taking office.
Walter Gordon papers
Walter Gordon (born 1907) studied architecture at Princeton, Yale, and the University of Paris. He was a design consultant for the Portland Development Commission from 1962-1972. Collection includes design reviews for individual projects, correspondence, memos, drafts, and ephemera relating to Gordon's work with the commission.
Walter Alling Goss scrapbook
Walter Alling Goss (1877-1950) was a Portland insurance agent, winner of several Northwest tennis championships and first president of the Irvington Tennis Club. Scrapbook includes clippings, programs, and memorabilia relating to Goss's tennis accomplishments and his activities with the Irvington Tennis Club and the YMCA.
