Biographical note

Julius L. "Jack" Meier, Jr. (1912-1988) was manager and executive officer of the Meier & Frank Co. in Portland, Oregon, from 1933-1972. His father was Julius L. Meier, who served as general manager of Meier & Frank and as governor of Oregon from 1931-1935.

Meier was manager and executive officer of the Meier & Frank Co. in Portland, Oregon, and the son of Julius L. Meier, who served one term as governor of Oregon.
