Biographical note

Theresa Truchot, a local historian of early Lake Oswego, was born in 1891. She was the author of many publications, including the Charcoal Wagon Boy, and conducted many oral histories of early Lake Oswego residents. She initiated the Junior Historical Society and was a speaker on local history topics.
