Scope and Contents
Collection includes articles of incorporation, correspondence, course outlines and other documents for the Pacific School of Engineering, 1930; stock offers and lesson materials for the Rankin School of Flying, 1927-1928; articles of incorporation and miscellanea for Smith Aeroplane Co.; investment speculation information, 1923-1934; and miscellaneous materials, 1934-1937. Also included are Smith family correspondence and miscellanea, 1863-1939, consisting of original documents as well as photocopies of photographs and papers; a stencil for plane insignia; plans for a student plane, 1931; and plans for Smith Auto Electric Elevator Co., ca. 1920.
