The collection consists of a brief letter written by Don George, a junior at Rex Putnam High School in Milwaukie, Oregon, to an anti-draft organization named "the Resistance." In the letter, George thanks the group for literature they had provided to him, and says that he hopes to devote time to the group's efforts.
