Scope and Contents
From the Collection:
The collection consists of campaign ephemera, a portrait photograph, and documents relating to Charles G. "Charlie" North. The campaign ephemera includes cards and placards for North's runs for the office of Multnomah County constable. Also of note is North's account, written by Mona Schwartz, of his abduction and forced service on a whaling ship in the Arctic in the 1890s.
