Benjamin Driscoll papers
Benjamin Driscoll was a musician, leader of the Driscoll Orchestra (1904-1906) and cornet player at the Heilig and Bungalow theaters, Portland (1907-1909). His wife, Cerena I. Driscoll, taught voice, drama and piano. Collection consists of correspondence and ephemera relating to the Vega Company and other musical instrument companies, the Royal Arcanum, the Portland Rowing Club and other rowing associations, and the YMCA. Also included are miscellaneous papers of the Driscolls.
Walter Alling Goss scrapbook
Walter Alling Goss (1877-1950) was a Portland insurance agent, winner of several Northwest tennis championships and first president of the Irvington Tennis Club. Scrapbook includes clippings, programs, and memorabilia relating to Goss's tennis accomplishments and his activities with the Irvington Tennis Club and the YMCA.
Young Men's Christian Association of Portland, Oregon records
Records consist of promotional material, correspondence, camp maps, building plans, counselors' material, scrapbooks and memorabilia primarily regarding Camp Meecham and Camp Collins, which were summer youth camps on Spirit Lake in Washington. Both were destroyed in the eruption of Mt. St. Helens on May 18, 1980.
