Oral history interview with Alan Green conducted by Jim Strassmaier from April 20 to July 21, 1999, for the Oregon Historical Society. Green was a prominent member of the Republican Party in Oregon. He chaired President George H. W. Bush's 1988 presidential campaign in Oregon and served as ambassador to Romania from 1988 to 1991.
