Promotional letter and brochure sent by the Oregon Valley Land Company of Kansas City, Missouri, to William Henry Harrison "Harry" Condit of Grants Pass, Oregon. The materials advertise the opportunity to purchase a land tract in southeastern Oregon and include an application form.
