Dale discuses her career as a lawyer for Oregon Public Employees Union (OPEU, later SEIU Local 503) from 1978 to 1982; her work as executive of Local 503 from 1985 to 2001; and her work as a trustee and then president for SEIU Local 49 from 2001 to 2009.
