Abstract

Sheet with handwritten tallies of results for a June 1848 election in Oregon, showing results for Oregon City and parts of Tuality County (written as "Tualatin Co."), which was later divided between Washington County and Multnomah County. The results include various offices and a measure about whether to prohibit or regulate intoxicating liquors. The election, held in June 1848, was the last general election held under the auspices of the Oregon Provisional Government.
