Papers of an emigrant to Oregon who lived in Oregon City and Salem. Includes extensive diaries, 1874-1897; account books, 1866-1893; and correspondence, genealogies, and ephemera. Also includes Peter Holt Hatch's letter proposing marriage to Sarah Cornelia Locey, his second wife; and a scrapbook of Edwin Thompson Hatch, son of Peter Hatch.
