Autographed copy of speech written by Oregon Governor Julius Meier for the Oregon Diamond Jubilee in 1934. It's probable that Meier never gave the speech, as he was forced to cancel the appearance where he was scheduled to deliver it.

Records include correspondence, primarily from Sheriff Francis Lambert, regarding planning for the Oregon State centennial, as well as correspondence and other documents, 1959-1961, of the Historical Landmarks Committee. Also included are correspondence and other documents, 1959, from Ted Hallock, who was the state coordinator of the Oregon Centennial Commission, and members of the Transportation, Touring and Traffic Advisory Committee.
