Ronald Glenn Callvert (1873-1955) was associate editor of the Oregonian and won a Pulitzer Prize for his 1938 editorial "My Country 'tis of Thee." Fred M. White (1893-1981) was a journalist, editor, drama critic and writer. He joined the staff of the Oregonian newspaper in 1917, retiring in 1959. Collection includes correspondence from White to Mary Inman during his time in World War I; radio scripts, 1935-1940, based on Oregon history; World War I souvenirs; scrapbooks, recipe books, account books, etc.; and diplomas and schoolwork of Mary Inman.
