David B. Simpson Jr. (1898-1976) was a Portland civic leader and real estate agent. He served as a captain in World War I and was active in post-war development. Abstract Robert M. Wade (1835-1915) was born in Missouri and came to Oregon with his parents in 1850. He founded R. M.
