Abstract
Wynn D. Freeman (1868-) was a teacher and attorney in Oregon, and he practiced law from 1898 to the 1930s. He was the son of Lewis A. Freeman and the father of Kent Stanley Freeman. Collection includes an account book, 1899, of Wynn D. Freeman; miscellaneous receipts and ephemera, 1892-1914; and certificates for Wynn D. Freeman, Lewis A. Freeman, Kent Stanley Freeman, and Goldie Larkin, circa 1892-1915.

Papers of and relating to Jessy Quinn Thornton (also written as Jesse Quinn Thornton, 1810-1888), a lawyer who served as a judge for the Oregon Provisional Supreme Court and who lobbied for the establishment of the Oregon Territory.
