Record book of the Ladd Estate Company of Portland, Oregon, containing documents from the company's incorporation in 1908 until 1926. Records include the articles of incorporation, meeting minutes, annual reports, director's oaths, and the agreement to sell the company to Paul C. Murphy and Frederick H. Strong. The Ladd Estate Company developed the Portland neighborhoods of Ladd's Addition, Westmoreland, Eastmoreland, and Dunthorpe in the early 20th century.
