Oral history interview with Steven P. Yaw conducted by Curtis Johnson on November 12, 1980, as part of the Drive-in Restaurants of Portland Oral History Project. Yaw was the grandson of W.P. Yaw, the founder of Yaw's Top Notch, and ran the restaurant until its closure in 1985.
