Oscar Terry Peter Beck was a testing engineer in Portland, Oregon, circa 1900-1946. Collection includes correspondence with Clifton N. McArthur and Frederick Steiwer; notes on construction jobs; documents of the Portland Cement Co.; and reports and specifications regarding engineering activities in the Portland area.

Collection consists of miscellaneous papers belonging to Frank A. Bullington, an inventor in Portland, Oregon. These include patents, designs, finances, and other documents regarding Bullington Motors.

Leslie G. Ehmann attended Benson Polytechnic High School in Portland, Oregon, joined Esco Corp. in 1936, served as an engineer and designer, and retired in 1971. He also designed lift truck components for Hyster Company. Theodore Patrick Flynn (1891-1954) was an equipment development engineer for the U.S. Forest Service, Region 6, and director of the USFS Equipment Laboratory in Portland, Oregon, 1936-1949. Collection includes biographical materials, patents, blueprints, specifications, reports, photographs, clippings, a photo album, and memorabilia regarding design of specialized equipment used in forestry and construction work, particularly for controlling forest fires.

Collection consists of specifications and 12 sheets of plans for a residence in Portland, Oregon. The house was designed for Lewis H. Mills and Elinor Lawrence Mills, and built at 655 Irving St. (now 2039 NW Irving St.).
