Lola Greene Baldwin collection
Papers, photographs, and scrapbooks of Lola Greene Baldwin, Portland, Oregon's first policewoman, compiled by Marian E. Hays.
John Ball papers
Papers of John Ball (1794-1884), including ones relating to his meteorological and geological observations of the Northwest, and correspondence of his daughters with others about Ball and his papers. Ball accompanied Nathaniel J. Wyeth's 1832 expedition to Oregon, worked as a teacher for John McLoughlin, and briefly farmed in French Prairie before returning to the eastern United States in late 1833.
Myra Ballon papers
Collection includes a manuscript letter to Myra Ballon, 1900, regarding the Portland Street Fair and Carnival; a typescript letter to O. R. Ballon from Fairmount Nurseries, 1901, discussing hedge fences; and a typescript letter to Myra Ballon from the National Irrigation Congress, 1909, asking Ballon to become a delegate.
Bancroft, Nunn, and Trevett family papers
Papers and photographs of the related Bancroft, Nunn, and Trevett families. Theodore Brooks Trevett (1832-1901) came to Oregon in 1850, and in 1865 married Mary Melissa "Lissie" Bancroft (1837-1933), who had previously lived at Fort Simcoe, Washington Territory. Their daughter Emily Bancroft Trevett (1867-1958) married English-born oculist Richard K. Nunn (1859-1920) in 1901.

Jeannette Thomas Barlow (1891-1977) was a Portland, Oregon, native and an actress (stage name Ann Winston). Her husband, Howard Barlow (1892-1972), was a symphony conductor. Collection includes correspondence, diaries, sheet music, legal documents, and memorabilia.
