Sanchotena discusses the effects of the Snake River dams on fish populations, and also talks about his work as executive director of Idaho Steelhead and Salmon Unlimited, which lobbied for legislation to protect fish populations.

Sasaki discusses his early life as a second-generation Japanese American in Tualatin before World War II; his experiences while incarcerated by the U.S. government at the Minidoka War Relocation Center during the war; and his experiences working on the family farm in Tualatin.
