Sheet music composed or arranged by Zimri M. Parvin (1843-1921), who served as dean of the College of Music at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, and director of the Albany Conservatory of Music in Albany, Oregon. Parvin also helped to found the Northwestern Normal School of Music and Art in Portland, Oregon.

Records include correspondence; lumber freight contracts; documents relating to lumber treating standards; financial records of the Bridal Veil Lumbering Company; advertisements; and lists of lumber prices and potential customers.
