Scope and Contents From the Collection: The collection consists of 706 photographic prints, 58 slides, and 660 negatives. The bulk of the images show Portland restaurants from the late 1950s to the early 1970s. Most of the images document restaurant interiors and exteriors, personnel, and kitchens, with special emphasis on stoves, ovens, and fryers.
