Scope and Contents From the Collection: The collection consists of the papers of Eunice C. Brandt, including correspondence; manuscripts and published copies of her stories; and records relating to properties and businesses with which she was connected, such as the Deepwood Estate in Salem, Oregon. Other materials of note are sketches and designs, and a two-volume scrapbook documenting Brandt's contact with her son Philip "Jesse" Brandt while he was living in southeast Asia during the 1960s and 1970s.
